When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, and the (free) delivery require our team to take 10 to 16 working days maximum to European Union Countries and USA  .

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

How much is shipping ?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding DOM-TOM). An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries: - Guadeloupe - Guyana - Reunion - Martinique - Mayotte - New Caledonia - Saint-Barthélemy - Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon - Saint-Martin - Wallis-et-Futuna - French Polynesia

My order is not complete, what should I do?

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Can I cancel my order?

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, once prepared and delivered to the logistics company it would be impossible for us to cancel the order, although you can be offered a free return label  if cancellation is still needed.
